مقایسۀ دو روش مختلف تمرینی برای کمک به انعطافپذیری حرکتی در مهارت پرتاب آزاد بسکتبال
هدف از این پژوهش، مقایسۀ دو روش تمرینی برای ایجاد انعطافپذیری حرکتی در مهارت پرتاب آزاد بسکتبال میباشد. بدینمنظور، 12 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد انتخاب شدند و بهصورت تصادفی به دو گروه متغیر و ثابت تقسیم گردیدند. شایانذکر است که افراد پس از پیشآزمون به تمرین مهارت مربوطه پرداختند؛ بدینشکل که گروه متغیر در طول تمرین میبایست هر بار بهصورت تصادفی توپ را از بالای مانعی با ارتفاع متفاوت پرتاب میکرد، اما برای گروه ثابت، ارتفاع مانع همواره ثابت بود. علاوهبراین، پس از هفت روز تمرین متوالی، آزمودنیها دو آزمون انتقال و یادداری را انجام دادند که یکی مشابه با شرایط گروه ثابت و دیگری مشابه با شرایط گروه متغیر بود. این آزمونها یک هفته بعد نیز تکرار شدند. نتایج نشان میدهد که عملکرد آزمودنیها در طول مرحلۀ اکتساب پیشرفت معناداری داشته است، اما بین گروهها در آزمونهای انتقال و یادداری فوری و تأخیری، تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نمیشود. بهنظر میرسد که تمرین گونههای مختلفی از یک تکلیف، فایدهای برای ایجاد انعطافپذیری در حرکت ندارد.

مقایسۀ اثر تمرینات ایروبیک و پیلاتس بر عملکرد شناختی زنان سالمند
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، مقایسۀ اثر دو نوع تمرین ایروبیک و پیلاتس بر عملکرد شناختی زنان سالمند میباشد. بدینمنظور، 54 سالمند بهصورت دردسترس انتخاب گردیدند و بهشکل تصادفی به سه گروه تمرین ایروبیک (با میانگین سنی85/4±78/67 سال)، تمرین پیلاتس (با میانگین سنی 49/5±50/66 سال) و بدون تمرین (کنترل) (با میانگین سنی 27/6±58/68 سال) تقسیم شدند. گروههای تجربی بهمدت 12 هفته، سه جلسه در هفته و 60 دقیقه در هر جلسه در تمرینات مربوطه شرکت کردند و شرکتکنندگان گروه کنترل نیز ملزم شدند که در هیچگونه تمرینات سازمانیافتهای شرکت نکنند و تنها به فعالیتهای روزانۀ خود مشغول باشند. شایانذکر است که عملکرد شناختی، قبل و بعد از دورۀ مداخله اندازهگیری شد. همچنین، بهمنظور سنجش عملکرد شناختی از آزمون دستهبندی کارت ویسکانسین استفاده شد و جهت تحلیل دادهها، تحلیل واریانس یکراهه با کمک نرمافزار اس. پی. اس. اس (نسخۀ 16) بهکار رفت. یافتهها نشان میدهد که هم تمرینات ایروبیک و هم تمرینات پیلاتس باعث بهبود عملکرد شناختی در مؤلفۀ خطای درجاماندگی (شکلگیری مفاهیم، سودبردن از تصحیح و انعطافپذیری شناختی) میشود (P<0.001). همچنین، برمبنای یافتهها، اختلاف معناداری بهلحاظ آماری بین گروههای تحتمطالعه از منظر مؤلفۀ تعداد طبقات تکمیلشده (نگهداری مفاهیم) مشاهده نمیشود (P=0.052). علاوهبراین، نتایج بیانگر این است که تمرینات پیلاتس نسبت به تمرینات ایروبیک، بهلحاظ اثرگذاری بر عملکرد شناختی در مؤلفۀ خطای درجاماندگی مفیدتر میباشد (P<0.05). بهطورکلی، میتوان گفت که استفاده از تمرکزهای ذهنی مکرر که ماهیت ورزش پیلاتس میباشد ممکن است عامل برتری این ورزش نسبت به ایروبیک در بهبود بیشتر عملکرد شناختی باشد.

اثر سطح مهارت و پیشبینیپذیری موقعیت بر زمانبندی تکواندوکاران
هدفازپژوهشحاضر، بررسی اثر سطح مهارت و موقعیتهای قابلپیشبینی و غیرقابلپیشبینی بر زمانبندی تکواندوکاران میباشد. بدینمنظور، 23 نفر از تکواندوکاران نخبۀ حاضر در اردوی تیم ملی و 23 نفر از تکواندوکاران غیرنخبه از سطح باشگاههای موجود در سطح شهر تهران بهترتیب به شیوۀ نمونهگیری دردسترس و تصادفی انتخاب گردیدند و در آزمایشگاه روانشناسی دانشگاه تربیتمدرس تهران آزمون شدند. بهمنظور سنجش دقت زمانبندی، از تکلیف رایانهای زمانبندی در موقعیتهای قابلپیشبینی و غیرقابلپیشبینی استفاده شد. جهت تحلیل دادهها نیز آزمون مانووا مورداستفاده قرار گرفت. یافتهها نشان میدهد که بین دقت زمانبندی تکواندوکاران نخبهوغیرنخبه، نهتنها در موقعیتهای مذکور، بلکه در بازههای زمانی موقعیت قابلپیشبینی نیز تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد(سطح معناداری بازههای موقعیت قابلپیشبینی و غیرقابلپیشبینی بهترتیب عبارت هستند از: P=0.00001، P=0.019، P=0.005؛ لذا، میتوان نتیجه گرفت چناچه تکواندوکاران از دقت پردازش زمانی دقیقی برخوردار باشند، در اجرای مهارتهای حرکتی و پاسخ به محرکهایی که نیازمند پیشبینی زمانی هستند موفقتر عمل خواهند نمود؛ بنابراین، میتوان زمانبندی را بهعنوان یکی از تواناییهای ادراکی ـ حرکتی دخیل در نخبگی و گزینش تکواندوکاران برتر لحاظ نمود.

تأثیر تکلیف دوگانه، مجرد و ترکیبی بر راهرفتن زنان سالمند با تجربۀ افتادن و بدون تجربۀ افتادن
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تعیین تأثیر تکلیف دوگانه، مجرد و ترکیبی بر راهرفتن زنان سالمند با تجربۀ افتادن و بدون تجربۀ افتادن میباشد. بدینمنظور، 120 زن سالمند شهرستان بابل که در دامنۀ سنی 80ـ60 سال قرار داشتند به صورت داوطلبانه انتخاب شدند و بهشکل تصادفی در گروههای کنترل و تمرینی دوگانه، مجرد و ترکیبی جای گرفتند. جهت سنجش کیفیت راهرفتن سالمندان از آزمون برخاستن و حرکتکردن زماندار استفاده شد. پس از مرحلۀ پیشآزمون، گروههای مختلف تمرینی براساس برنامۀ مشخص با توجه به گروه خود، به تمرین راهرفتن با شرایط تکلیف مجرد، دوگانه و ترکیبی پرداختند و پس از دوماه، مجدداً در آزمون برخاستن و حرکتکردن زماندار حضور یافتند. شایانذکر است که آزمون در دو شرایط تکلیف مجرد و تکلیف دوگانه برای تمام گروهها انجام پذیرفت. نتایج آزمون تحلیل واریانس مختلط نشان میدهد که اثر مداخله و اثر تعاملی مداخله در گروه در دو شرایط آزمون با اجرای تکلیف مجرد و تکلیف دوگانه معنادار میباشد (0.05≥P)، اما تفاوت بین این دو شرایط در پسآزمون معنادار نیست. این احتمال وجود دارد که افزایش قابلیت شناختی و جسمانی زنان سالمند، زمینهساز بهبود امتیازات کیفیت راهرفتن آنها بوده است.

ویژگیهای روانسنجی نسخۀ فارسی مقیاس کوتاه "کارآمدی افتادن" فرم بین المللی در بیماران تصلب چندگانه
هدف از پژوهش حاضر،تعیین ویژگیهای روانسنجینسخۀ فارسی "مقیاس کوتاه کارآمدی افتادن، فرم بینالمللی" در بیماران تصلب چندگانه میباشد. بدینمنظور و جهت تأیید روایی سازه، 170 نفر از افراد مبتلا به تصلب چندگانه (95 مرد و 75 زن) شهرستان مشهد (با میانگین سنی 02/46 سال) بهشکل نمونۀ دردسترس انتخاب شدند و نسخۀ فارسی "مقیاس کوتاه کارآمدی افتادن" فرم بینالمللی را تکمیلکردند.ابتدابااستفادهازروش ترجمه ـبازترجمه،رواییصوریوصحتترجمۀ نسخۀ فارسی مقیاس کوتاه کارآمدی افتادن فرم بینالمللیتأییدشد.درادامه،برایتعیینرواییسازةمقیاس ازتحلیلعاملی تأییدیمبتنیبرمدلیابی معادلاتساختاری استفاده شد. همچنین،جهتتعیینهمسانی درونیمقیاس،ضریبآلفای کرونباخ مورداستفاده قرار گرفتوبهمنظور تعیین پایایی زمانی گویهها نیزضریبهمبستگیدرونطبقهایدرروشآزمون ـ آزمونمجددبهکار رفت. یافتهها نشان میدهند که شاخصهای برازندگی(TLI=0.99, CFI=1, RMSEA=0.067)، همسانی درونی (94/0) و پایایی زمانی (83/0) از مقدار قابلقبولی برخوردار هستند که بیانگر روایی و پایایی مطلوب نسخۀ فارسی مقیاس کوتاه کارآمدی افتادن فرم بینالمللی میباشد. با توجه به این نتایج، نسخۀ فارسی مقیاس کوتاه کارآمدی افتادن فرم بینالمللی میتواند بهعنوان ابزاری روا و پایا جهت مطالعه و ارزیابی خودکارآمدی افتادن در افراد مبتلا به تصلب چندگانۀ ایرانی استفاده شود.

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، مقایسۀ تأثیرارائۀ انواع محرک دومساده، افتراقی و انتخابی در فاصلههای زمانی مختلف بر زمان واکنش محرک اول در الگوی دورۀ بیپاسخی روانشناختی میباشد. بدینمنظور، 36 دانشجوی دختر با دامنۀ سنی 24ـ18 سال (با میانگین سنی 3±21 سال) بهصورت دردسترس انتخاب شدند و بهشکل تصادفی به سه گروه 12نفرۀ ساده، افتراقی وانتخابی تقسیم گردیدند. شایانذکر است که برای هریک از گروهها، پنج حالت اندازهگیری برحسب فاصلۀ ارائۀ بین دو محرک (50،100،200،400 و1000 هزارم ثانیه) وجود داشت. علاوهبراین، دادهها با استفاده از آزمونهای آماری تحلیل واریانس عاملی مرکب سه در پنج (فاصلۀ زمانی×گروه)و تحلیل واریانس با اندازههای تکراری تحلیل شدند. نتایج آزمون تحلیل واریانس عاملی مرکب نشان میدهد که در زمان واکنش محرک اول، اثر اصلی گروه (F2,33=15.40, P=0.001)، اثر اصلی فاصلۀ زمانی(F2,33=19.79, P=0.001) و اثر تعاملی فاصلۀ زمانی در گروه (F5,93=2.42, P=0.03)معنادار میباشد. در زمان واکنش محرک دوم نیز اثر اصلی گروه (F2,33=12.04, P=0.001) معنادار است، اما اثر اصلی فاصلۀ زمانی(F2,33=2.57, P=0.05) و اثر تعاملی فاصلۀ زمانی در گروه(F3,100=1.63, P=0.14)معنادار نمیباشد. بهطورکلی، یافتهها بیانگر این است که نوع محرک در تکلیف دوم و نیز فاصلۀ ارائۀ بین دو محرک، نهتنها بر میزان تأخیر زمان پاسخ محرک دوم تأثیر میگذارد، بلکه بر زمان پاسخ محرک اول نیز اثرگذار میباشد.

تأثیر انگیختگی ناشی از حضور تماشاگر بر ادراک عمق و حافظۀ فضایی دانشجویان دختر ورزشکار
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر انگیختگی ناشی از حضور تماشاگر بر ادراک عمق و حافظۀ فضایی دانشجویان دختر ورزشکار میباشد. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش را تمامی دانشجویان دختر دانشکدۀ تربیتبدنی دانشگاه تهران تشکیل دادند که ازاینمیان، 30 نفر (با میانگین سنی 38/1±47/20 سال) بهصورت داوطلبانه در پژوهش شرکت نمودند. شایانذکر است که پژوهش حاضر به روش نیمهتجربی انجام شد. ابتدا از تمامی آزمودنیها پیشآزمون ادراک عمق (آزمونگر الکتریکی ادراک عمق) و حافظۀ فضایی (با استفاده از دستگاه حرکت خطی) به عمل آمد. سپس، آزمودنیها بهصورت تصادفی به دو گروه کنترل (بدون حضور تماشاگر) (15 نفر) و تجربی (با حضور تماشاگر همجنس) (15 نفر) تقسیم شدند. قابلذکر است که شاخص ضربان قلب برای سنجش سطح انگیختگی آزمودنیها مورداستفاده قرار گرفت. همچنین، پس از اعمال مداخلۀ مربوط به گروه تجربی، از شرکتکنندهها پسآزمون به عمل آمد. نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس در ادراک عمق نشان میدهد که بین ادراک عمق دو گروه تجربی و کنترل تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (P=0.001). بهعبارتدیگر، افزایش سطح انگیختگی (حضور تماشاگر همجنس) موجب افزایش خطای ادراک عمق آزمودنیها شده است. تحلیل کوواریانس در حافظۀ فضایی نیز بیانگر این است که گرچه محیط انگیزشی سبب افزایش خطای حافظۀ فضایی شده است، اما بین انگیختگی ناشی از حضور تماشاگر و حافظۀ فضایی دانشجویان دختر ورزشکار در گروه تجربی و کنترل تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد (p=0.1)؛ لذا، پیشنهاد میشود با توجه به تضعیف ادراک عمق از طریق افزایش میزان انگیختگی، ورزشکاران از راهبردهای مؤثر و مناسب کنترل میزان انگیختگی بهرهمند گردند.

تأثیر یک دوره برنامۀ تمرینی بسکتبال بر توجه پایدار کودکان مبتلا به کمبود توجه/ بیشفعالی
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثربخشی یک دوره برنامۀ تمرینی بسکتبال بر توجه پایدار کودکان مبتلا به کمبود توجه/ بیشفعالی میباشد. بدینمنظور، 19 کودک پسر 9 تا 12 سالۀ مبتلا به اختلال کاستی توجه و بیشفعالی، بهصورت نمونهگیری دردسترس از بین مراجعهکنندگان به یکی از کلینیکهای واقع در شهر تبریز انتخاب شدند و بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه(گروه تجربی 10 نفر و گروه کنترل نه نفر) جای گرفتند. گروه تجربی بهمدت 12 جلسه تحت یک دوره برنامۀ تمرینی بسکتبال قرار گرفت، اما گروه کنترل هیچ مداخلهای را دریافت نکرد. شایانذکر است که آزمودنیها قبل و بعد از مداخله بهوسیلۀ آزمون رایانهای عملکرد پیوستۀ کانرز ارزیابی شدند. جهت تجزیهوتحلیل آماری نیز از آزمون تحلیل کواریانس استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان میدهد که مداخلۀ صورتگرفته بهشکل معناداری باعث کاهش خطای ارتکاب و افزایش پاسخ صحیح بر محرکهای غیرهدف شده است، اما در خطای حذف، در پاسخ صحیح بر محرکهای هدف و زمان واکنش، تفاوت معناداری در گروه تجربی در مقایسه با گروه کنترل یافت نشد. درنهایت، با توجه به نتایج میتوان اظهار کرد که تمرینات بسکتبال میتواند شرایط بهبود برخی اختلالات شناختی در کودکان مبتلا به کمبود توجه/ بیشفعالی را در درازمدت فراهم سازد.

مقایسۀ اثر تمرین در یادگیری حرکات هماهنگ درونمرحله و برونمرحله در دست و پا
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، مقایسۀ تمرین در یادگیری حرکات هماهنگ درونمرحلهو برونمرحلۀدست و پا میباشد. بدینمنظور، 12 دانشجوی دختر از دانشگاه فرهنگیان اصفهان (با میانگین سنی 5±22 سال) که هیچگونه سابقۀ فعالیت در رشتههای ورزشی ریتمیک نداشتند، بهصورت تصادفی طبقهای انتخاب شدند و بهمدت شش ماه تحتنظر مربی هیپهاپ آموزش دیدند و مهارتهای مختلف هیپهاپ و درخلال آن، تکالیف مدنظر پژوهش را آموخته و تمرین کردند. شرکتکنندگان در طول این شش ماه، سه بار به فاصلههای یک، سه و شش ماه، در آزمایشگاه حضور یافتند که هر حضور بهمنزلۀ یک سطح مهارتی در نظر گرفته شد و هر مرتبه با استفاده از دستگاه تجزیهوتحلیل حرکت، از اجرای چهار تکلیف ورزشی درونمرحله و برونمرحلۀ منتخب با هفت دوربین با فرکانس 60 هرتز بهصورت سهبعدی فیلمبرداری شد. شایانذکر است که دادههای حاصل به کمک برنامهنویسی در نرمافزار متلب، پردازش شده و خطای متغیر اجرای شرکتکنندگان محاسبه گشت. سپس، با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس، اندازهگیریهای مکرر در سطح (P=0/005) تجزیهوتحلیل گردید. نتایج نشان میدهد که تفاوت معناداری بین خطای متغیر اجرا در سطوح مهارتی وجود دارد و حرکات هماهنگ در هر سطح، استوارتر از سطح قبل اجرا میشود. بررسی اثر تعاملی الگو، سطح و اندام نیز بیانگر آن است که در تمام سطوح و هر دو اندام، خطای متغیر الگوی برونمرحله بهصورت معناداری بیشتر از خطای متغیر الگوی درونمرحله میباشد. درمجموع، یافتهها حاکی از آن است که تمرین، اجرای الگوهای حرکت درونمرحله و برونمرحله را در دستها و پاها به یک نسبت بهبود میبخشد.

تأثیر تمرین بدنی و مشاهدهای بر ویژگیهای الکترومیوگرافی عضلات اصلی درگیر در مهارت سرویس بلند بدمینتون
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تعیین تأثیر تمرین بدنی و مشاهدهای بر ویژگیهای الکترومیوگرافیک عضلات فعال منتخب در اجرای سرویس بلند بدمینتون میباشد. بدینمنظور، 30 نفر از دانشجویان دختر در رشتههای غیرتربیتبدنی (با میانگین سنی 93/0±80/20 سال) پس از پیشآزمون و بهصورت تصادفی در سه گروه ده نفری تمرین بدنی، مشاهدهای و ترکیبی جای گرفتند. شایانذکر است که حین انجام سرویس بلند بدمینتون در پیشآزمون، از عضلات دوسر، سهسربازویی و قسمت میانی دلتوئید، الکترومیوگرافی سطحی انجام شد. همچنین، هنگام مشاهده در گروه تمرین مشاهدهای و پس از چهار جلسه تمرین، از آزمودنیهای تمام گروهها(مشابه با پیشآزمون) تست الکترومیوگرافی بهعمل آمد. از آزمون آماری تحلیل واریانس مختلط سه در دونیز جهت تحلیل دادهها استفاده شد.یافتهها نشان میدهد که زمان فعالیت، میانگین و اوج فعالیت نرمالسازیشده در عضلات دوسربازویی و دلتوئید در پسآزمون نسبت به پیشآزمون تغییر معناداری داشته است. همچنین، از دیدگاه عصب فیزیولوژیک، مشاهدۀ فعالیت فرد دیگر، مکانیسمی آینهای را فعال میکند و تحریک زیربیشینۀ عمل ادراکشده، منجر به تسهیل حرکتی برای رفتار تقلیدی میشود.
