The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of aerobic training on motor performance, growth hormone and anthropometric indices in male rats exposed to chronic stress. In this experimental study, 40 healthy albino-Wistar rats were assigned to four groups by random blocks: control (no stress- no training), stress (stress- no aerobic training), training (training- no stress), training-stress. Stress and training-stress groups were exposed to restraint stress intervention (3 hours per day * 28 days). Training and training-stress groups accomplished aerobic training (30 minutes a day * 28 days) on treadmill. At the end of the fourth week, Open-Field test was performed to measure the motor performance of the rats. Then, animal blood was collected to measure the amount of growth hormone. The results showed that aerobic training improved motor performance, increased growth hormone and leg length growth. stress impaired motor performance, weight and leg length growth. Aerobic training neutralized the effect of stress on leg length growth, but did not eliminate the negative effects of stress on motor performance and weight. There was no significant effect on height and hand length factors. According to the results of this study, aerobic training can be used as an effective factor for the modulation of destructive effects of stress on leg length.}, keywords = {Aerobic Training,Motor performance,Growth Hormone,limb length,chronic restraint stress}, title_fa = {تاثیر تمرین هوازی بر عملکرد حرکتی، شاخص‌های آنتروپومتریکی و هورمون رشد در رت‌های نر در معرض استرس مزمن}, abstract_fa = {تحقیقات نشان داده‌اند استرس مزمن موجب اختلال در نمو و عملکرد حرکتی می‌شوند، از‌این‌رو یافتن روش‌هایی برای تعدیل اثرات منفی استرس ضروری می‌باشد. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر تمرین هوازی بر عملکرد حرکتی، هورمون رشد و شاخص‌های آنتروپومتریکی در رت‌های نر در معرض استرس مزمن بود. این مطالعه از نوع تجربی بوده که 40 سر رت‌ نر سالم نژاد آلبینو – ویستار بر اساس وزن، به‌صورت بلوک‌بندی تصادفی در 4 گروه کنترل (بدون استرس – بدون تمرین هوازی)، تمرین (تمرین هوازی- بدون استرس)، استرس (استرس- بدون تمرین هوازی)، تمرین هوازی- استرس قرار گرفتند. گروه‌های استرس و تمرین هوازی- استرس در معرض مداخله استرس از نوع بی‌حرکتی (3 ساعت در روز * 28 روز) قرار گرفتند. گروه‌های تمرین و تمرین هوازی- استرس، تمرین هوازی (30 دقیقه در روز * 28 روز) روی تردمیل انجام دادند. در پایان هفته چهارم، آزمون اپن- فیلد برای سنجش عملکرد حرکتی رت‌ها انجام و خون‌ حیوانات جهت اندازه‌گیری میزان هورمون رشد جمع‌آوری شد. نتایج تحلیل آماری داده‌ها نشان داد تمرین هوازی موجب بهبود عملکرد حرکتی، افزایش هورمون رشد و نمو طول پا شد. استرس نیز موجب اختلال در عملکرد حرکتی، وزن و نمو طول پا شد. تمرین هوازی موجب خنثی کردن اثر استرس در نمو طول پا شد، اما اثرات منفی استرس بر عملکرد حرکتی و وزن را از بین نبرد. در فاکتور قد و طول دست نیز تاثیر معنی‌داری مشاهده نشد. با توجه به نتایج تحقیق حاضر می‌توان از تمرین هوازی به‌عنوان عاملی مؤثر برای تعدیل اثرات مخرب استرس بر نمو طول پا استفاده کرد.}, keywords_fa = {تمرین هوازی,عملکرد حرکتی,هورمون رشد,طول اندام,استرس بی‌حرکتی مزمن}, url = {https://mbj.ssrc.ac.ir/article_2299.html}, eprint = {https://mbj.ssrc.ac.ir/article_2299_18de526373317849e724986ef64ff068.pdf} }
