تأثیر سطح مهارت الگو و تواتر بازخورد بر یادگیری تکلیف هدفگیری زنجیرهای ساده
هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر سطح مهارت الگو و تواتر بازخورد بر یادگیری تکلیف هدفگیری زنجیرهای ساده بود. بدینمنظور، 48 دانشجوی دختر 19 تا 25 سال براساس نمرات زمان حرکت پیشآزمون در چهار گروه 12 نفری (الگوی ماهر با بازخورد 100 درصد، الگوی ماهر با بازخورد 50 درصد، الگوی مبتدی با بازخورد 100 درصد و الگوی مبتدی با بازخورد 50 درصد) جای گرفتند. پس از اجرای پیشآزمون، در مرحلة اکتساب، هریک از گروهها تکلیف هدفگیری زنجیرهای را براساس دستورالعمل ویژة هر گروه، 80 مرتبه اجرا کردند. به فاصلة 15 دقیقه بعد از اتمام جلسة اکتساب، آزمون یادداری فوری و 24 ساعت بعد، آزمون یادداری تأخیری انجام شدند. نتایج تحلیل واریانس مرکب با اندازههای تکراری روی عامل بلوکهای تمرینی در مرحلة اکتساب نشان داد که در هر دو متغیر زمان حرکت و خطای فضایی، فقط اثر اصلی سطح مهارت الگو معنادار بود و گروههای مشاهدة الگوی ماهر دارای زمان حرکت بیشتر و خطای فضایی کمتری بودند. نتایج آزمون تحلیل واریانس دوراهه در مراحل یادداری فوری و تأخیری نشان داد که در هر دو متغیر زمان حرکت و خطای فضایی، اثر اصلی سطح مهارت الگو معنادار بود؛ اما اثر اصلی تواتر بازخورد معنادار نبود. با مقایسة میانگینها مشخص شد که گروههای مشاهدهکنندة الگوی ماهر نسبت به گروههای مشاهدهکننده الگوی مبتدی، زمان حرکت طولانیتر و خطای فضایی کمتری داشتند.

تأثیر تمرین هوازی تداومی متوسط و تناوبی شدید قبل از ایسکمی مغزی بر حافظة فضایی و شاخص نروتروفیک BDNF موشهای صحرایی نر
پیشآمادهسازی با فعالیت ورزشی باعث کاهش آسیب سکتة مغزی میشود؛ بااینحال، اثر تمرینهای هوازی تداومی و تناوبی بر حافظه پس از سکتة مغزی سنجیده نشده است؛ ازاینرو، هدف این پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر شش هفته تمرین تداومی با شدت متوسط در مقایسه با تمرین تناوبی با شدت بالا قبل از ایسکمی مغزی بر حافظة فضایی و سطح پروتئین BDNF هیپوکامپ در موش صحرایی نر ویستار بود. بدینمنظور، 75 سر موش نر ویستار دوازدههفتهای به سه گروه کنترل (تعداد = 25)؛ تمرین تداومی (تعداد = 25) و تمرین تناوبی با شدت بالا (تعداد = 25)تقسیم شدند و پروتکل تمرین تداومی با شدت متوسط (پنج جلسه در هفته) و تناوبی با شدت بالا (سه جلسه در هفته) را بهمدت شش هفته انجام دادند. 48 ساعت پس از آخرین جلسة تمرینی، حیوانات اکتساب حافظة فضایی را بهمدت سه روز و 24 ساعت بعد از جراحی سکتة مغزی به روش انسدادشریانمرکزیمغزیانجام دادند و هفت روز بعد آزمون یادداری گرفته شد. بلافاصله پس از آزمون، موشها هوشبری و بافت هیپوکامپ برای سنجش تغییرات پروتئین BDNF استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل واریانس یکراهه نشان داد که تمرین تداومی قبل از سکتة مغزی سبب کاهش تخریب در حافظه و یادگیری شد (0.0002P =). همچنین، آزمون آماری یو من- ویتنی تفاوت معناداری (0.02P =) را در مقادیرBDNF بافت هیپوکامپ گروه تداومی نسبت به گروه تناوبی نشان داد. فعالیت تداومی با شدت متوسط تأثیر چشمگیری بر جلوگیری از تخریب حافظه، یادگیری و میزان BDNF هیپوکامپ پس از سکتة مغزی دارد. درواقع، فعالیت تداومی با شدت متوسط میتواند به کاهش آسیبهای ناشی از سکتة مغزی منجر شود.

تأثیر تمرین ریتمیک ایروبیک با موسیقی بر هوش هیجانی و تبحر حرکتی در کودکان با اختلال هماهنگی رشدی
هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر تمرین ریتمیک ایروبیک با موسیقی بر تبحر حرکتی و هوش هیجانی در کودکان با اختلال هماهنگی رشدی و مقایسة ارتباط تبحر حرکتی با هوش هیجانی در این کودکان قبل و بعد از تمرین بود. نمونة پژوهش 30 کودک با اختلال هماهنگیرشدی بودند که به روش خوشهای هدفمند انتخاب شدند. این افراد بهمدت هشت هفته تحت تمرینهای ایروبیک قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که در پسآزمون، هوش هیجانی و تبحر حرکتی تحتتأثیر ورزش ایروبیک، پیشرفت معناداری داشتند. همچنین، ارتباط بین تبحر حرکتی با هوش هیجانی پس از تمرین نسبت به قبل تمرین پیشرفت کرد. ازآنجاییکه تمرین ایروبیک بهدلیل مشارکت گروهی، ایجاد شادی و هیجان در کودکان و افزایش هماهنگی نسبت به مداخلات تمرینی دیگر بهتر است، پیشنهاد میشود برای افزایش تبحر حرکتی و متغیرهای مؤثر درتبحر حرکتی مانند هوش هیجانی در کودکان با اختلال هماهنگی رشدی، از تمرین ایروبیک استفاده شود.

تأثیر دستکاری کانون توجه بر اجرای ضربة فورهند تاپ اسپین بازیکنان ماهر و مبتدی تنیس روی میز در شرایط فشار روانی بالا
هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر دستکاری کانون توجه بر اجرای ضربة فورهند تاپ اسپین بازیکنان ماهر و مبتدی تنیس روی میز در شرایط فشار روانی بالا بود. تعداد 30 نفر (15 ماهر و 15 مبتدی) در این پژوهش شرکت کردند. افراد در شرایط فشار روانی بالا و پایین و کانونهای توجهی مختلف (حالت یکتکلیفی، تکیف دوگانه با توجه درونی، تکلیف دوگانه با توجه بیرونی نامرتبط و تکلیف دوگانه با توجه بیرونی مرتبط) ضربة تاپ اسپین را اجرا کردند. نتایج نشان داد که گروه مبتدی در حالتی که توجه آنها بهسمت درون هدایت شده بود، افت کمتری در شرایط فشار روانی بالا داشتند. در گروه ماهر، زمانیکه توجه آنها بهسمت بیرون بود (مرتبط یا نامرتبط)، در شرایط فشار بالا افتی در عملکرد آنها دیده نشد. این نتایج با توجه به اثر دوگانة فشار روانی و همچنین، بحث کنترل درجات آزادی توجیه شد.

اثر کانون توجه درونی و بیرونی بر نوسان در تکالیف قامتی و فراقامتی در سالمندان
مطالعات قبلی نشان دادهاند که کنترل قامتی میتواند با هدایت توجه اجراکننده به آثار حرکات خود (تمرکز خارجی) بهجای حرکات بدن که ایجادکنندة این آثار هستند (تمرکز داخلی)، بهبود یابد. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، ارزیابی تأثیر تمرین تعادلی و تمرکز توجه اتخاذشده در تکالیف قامتی و فراقامتی بر کنترل قامتی بود. تعداد 20 مرد مسن (77/5 ± 27/59 سال) بهصورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند و در یک طرح پیشآزمون-پسآزمون یکگروهی شرکت کردند. پروتکل تمرین تعادلی شامل 16 جلسة 30 دقیقهای انجام آزمون رومبرگ تعدیلشده بود. مؤلفههای مرکز فشار، جابهجایی مرکزی- پیرامونی و قدامی- خلفی تعادل شرکتکنندگان، در دو تکلیف قامتی و فراقامتی در دو شرایط تمرکز توجه درونی و بیرونیدر مراحل پیشآزمون و پسآزمون با استفاده از سیستم پایداری بایودکس (BSS) سنجیده شدند. تکلیف قامتی شامل ایستادن روی دستگاه بایودکس در حالت عادی و تکلیف فراقامتی شامل نگهداری ظرفی پر از آب و ایستادن روی دستگاه بایودکس بود. توجه نیز با متمرکزکردن توجه شرکتکنندگان به نقطهای خارج از بدن و توجه به کاهش نوسانهای بدن درحین انجام تکالیف، دستکاری شد. در بخش آمار استنباطی از آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازههای تکراری و آزمون پیگردی بونفرونی برای بررسی جایگاه تفاوتها در سطح معناداری 0.05> P، ازطریق نرمافزار اس.پی.اس.اس. نسخة 22 استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش حاضر، تأثیر مثبت تمرین تعادلی بر تمامی مؤلفههای کنترل قامتی را نشان داد. همچنین، نتایج نشان داد که تمرکز توجه بیرونی نسبت به تمرکز توجه درونی به کاهش نوسانهای قامتی در هر سه مؤلفة کنترل قامت منجر میشود. این مطالعه نشان داد که بهکارگیری فرایندهای کنترل خودکار میتواند بهسادگی با هدایت توجه اجراکنندگان به دور از حرکات بدن خود تسهیلشود.

آثار قیود تکلیف بر الگوهای پرتاب کودکان
در این پژوهش، تغییرپذیریهای الگوهای پرتاب کودکان درنتیجۀ تغییر قیود تکلیف بررسی شد. رویهمرفته، 24 کودک (12 پسر و 12 دختر) پنج و شش ساله، داوطلبانه در پژوهش شرکت کردند. دستکاریهای قیود تکلیف شامل تغییر در موقعیت هدف (حلقههای افقی و عمودی) و اندازۀ توپ (قطر 6 و 12 سانتیمتر) بهعنوان قیود اصلی درنظر گرفته شدند. الگوهای قابلمشاهدهای که کودکان استفاده کردند، ارزیابی شدند و تغییرات ویژگیهای سینماتیکی مؤلفههای اصلی الگوی پرتاب ترجیحی شرکتکنندگان بررسی شدند. انتقال از الگوی پرتاب دو دست به یک دست و تغییر از پرتاب زیرشانه به بالای شانه در انگشتشمار کوششهای نخستین دیده شد (بیشتر در پرتاب توپهای بزرگتر)؛ ولی پاسخ حرکتی ترجیحی الگوی پرتاب یک دست از بالای شانه بود. تحلیل سینماتیکی نشانگر حساسیت مؤلفههای تاببهعقب، بازو و ساعد الگوی پرتاب از بالای شانه درنتیجۀ اِعمال قیود تکلیف موردنظر بود و بیشترین تغییرات در ویژگیهای سینماتیکی مرتبط با مؤلفة ساعد رخ داد. یافتههای پژوهش شواهدی تجربی برای توجیه تغییرات الگوهای حرکتی در رشد حرکتی برای نظریۀ سیستمهای پویا فراهم میکنند. همچنین، دربارۀ مزایای بالقوۀ کاربرد قیود برای بهبود فرایند اکتساب مهارت در زمینههای تربیتبدنی بحث شد.

روایی و پایایی آزمون رشد مهارتهایحرکتی درشت اولریخ – نسخة سوم در کودکان دختر و پسر هفت تا نه سالة شهر تهران
هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی جنبههای روانسنجی (پایایی و روایی) مجموعه آزمونمهارتهایحرکتی درشت اولریخ – نسخة سوم در کودکان هفت تا نه سالة تهرانی بود. روش پژوهش، توصیفی و طرح پژوهش، مقطعی بود. تعداد 234 کودک هفت تا نه سالة شهر تهران از سه منطقة غرب، مرکز و جنوب شرق تهران بهصورت نمونهگیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار این پژوهش مجموعة آزمون مهارتهایحرکتی درشت اولریخ – نسخة سوم بود. برای تحلیل دادهها از روشهای آماری تحلیل عاملی تأییدی با استفاده از تکنیک مدلبندی معادلات ساختاری (SEM)، آلفای کرونباخ، ضریب همبستگی درونطبقهای، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و T زوجی استفاده شد. پایایی همسانی درونی خردهآزمون مهارتهای توپی، جابجایی و کل آزمون برای دختران بهترتیب برابر با 74/0، 78/0 و 77/0، برای پسران بهترتیب برابر با 69/0، 85/0 و 78/0 و پایایی آزمون– آزمون مجدد برابر با 84/0، 73/0 و 79/0 بهدست آمدند. ضرایب مربوط به پایایی درونارزیاب خردهآزمونهای توپی، جابجایی و کل آزمون بهترتیب برابر با 89/0، 92/0 و 91/0 و پایایی بینارزیابها بهترتیب برابر با 85/0، 89/0 و 87/0 بهدست آمد. روایی سازه، مدل دوعاملی اولریخ ازطریق تحلیل عاملی تأییدی تأیید شد. ضرایب همبستگی بین متغیر سن و نمرات خردهآزمونها معنادار بودند و در سطح متوسط قرار داشتند. ضرایب مربوط به پایایی سازهای در خردهمقیاسهای توپی و جابجایی بهترتیب برابر با 74/0 و 71/0 بود؛ بنابراین، آزمون و خردهمقیاسهای آن از پایایی سازهای خوبی برخوردارند. با توجه به تأیید هر دو جنبة پایایی و روایی آزمون TGMD-3، میتوان با اطمینان از این مجموعة آزمون برای ارزیابی و سنجش رشد مهارتهایحرکتی درشت در کودکان هفت تا نه سالة شهر تهران استفاده کرد.

مدلیابی عوامل پویای مؤثر در رشد حرکات درشت اطفال نه تا 12 ماهه با استفاده از مدل معادلات ساختاری
هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی عوامل پویای مؤثر در حرکات درشت کودکان نه تا 12 ماهه بوده است. این پژوهش مطالعهای توصیفی- پیمایشی است که با درنظرگرفتن نوع و اهداف آن در حیطة پژوهشهای کاربردی است. تعداد 283 کودک بهوسیلة مقیاس مرحله- سن غربالگری شدند. مقیاسهای مورداستفاده شامل فراهمسازة محیط خانه برای تکامل حرکت اطفال، دلبستگی والدین پس از زایمان، پرسشنامة فرصت محیطی، پرسشنامة فعالیت بدنی عادتی بک و پرسشنامة سلامت عمومی بودند. عوامل مؤثر در رشد حرکات در سه بخش عوامل فردی، عوامل مادر و عوامل محیطی کودک دستهبندی شدند. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادههای کیفی از تی مستقل و برای تحلیل دادههای کمی از مانوا، رگرسیون خطی به روش گامهای منطقی و مدل معادلات ساختاری استفاده شده است. نتایج معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که عوامل فردی با ضریب اثر استاندارد برابر با 85/0 بیشترین تأثیر را بر رشد حرکات درشت داشتند و بعد از آن، عوامل محیطی با ضریب استاندارد برابر با 42/0- و عوامل مادرِ کودک با ضریب استاندارد برابر با 14/0 رشد حرکات درشت را پیشبینی کردند. نتایج رگرسیون نشان داد که در قسمت عوامل فردی، انگیزش و در قسمت عوامل محیطی، فراهمسازة محیط خانه سهم معناداری در پیشبینی حرکات درشت داشتند. نتایج پژوهش حاضر تأکیدی بر مدل برانفن برنر است. برانفن برنر ادعا میکند که رشد و تکامل طفل در ابتدا تحتتأثیر عوامل فردی و بیولوژیک او است و سپس، متأثر از عوامل محیطی طفل است.
