چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، مقایسۀ تأثیر تمرینات یوگا، پیلاتس و یوگالتس (ترکیبی) بر تعادل زنان سالمند غیرفعال تحت تکالیف دوگانه بود. بدین‌منظور، 30 نفر از سالمندان 75-65 سالۀ مرکز کهریزک کرج‌ که در‌معرض خطر زمین‌خوردن بودند، پس از غربال‌گری توسط آزمون تعادلی برگ‌ به‌صورت در‌دسترس انتخاب شدند. آزمودنی‌ها در سه گروه یوگا (10 نفر)، پیلاتس (10 نفر) و ترکیبی (10نفر) قرار گرفتند و به‌مدت 12 هفته ‌و هفته‌ای سه جلسه در تمرین شرکت نمودند. قبل و بعد از اجرای پروتکلتمرینی، آزمون برخاستن و راه‌رفتن زمان‌دار تحت سه شرایط مجرد (خود ‌آزمون)، شناختی ـ تعادلی (اجرای آزمون همراه با شمارش معکوس اعداد) و حرکتی‌ ـ تعادلی (اجرای آزمون همراه با نگه‌داشتن فنجان آب) برای بررسی تغییرات تعادلی سالمندان اجرا گردید. به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها نیز از تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر جهت تعیین تفاوت‌های درون‌گروهی و تحلیل واریانس چند‌متغیره به‌منظور ‌تعیین تفاوت‌های بین گروهی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که 12 هفته تمرین یوگا، تأثیری بر تعادل زنان سالمندان به‌صورت مجرد (P=0.205)، تحت تکلیف شناختی (P=0.362) و تحت تکلیف حرکتی (P=0.565) ندارد، اما در‌مقابل، تمرینات پیلاتس و یوگالتس به‌صورت معنا‌داری بر آن اثرگذار می‌باشند (P<0.05). همچنین میزان تأثیر تمرینات یوگالتس بر تعادل تحت عملکرد شناختی، به‌طور معناداری بیشتر بوده است؛ بنابراین، با استفاده از تمرینات یوگالتس ‌طی 12 هفته می‌توان هم‌گام با افزایش سن، تعادل کارکردی را در زنان سالمندی که در‌معرض زمین‌خوردن هستند توسعه داد.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness of doing Yoga, Pilates and Yogalates exercises on the functional balance in inactive elderly women under the dual-task condition. Therefore, by convenience sampling using Berg balance scale, thirty old women aged 65-75 years who were at risk of falling were selected in Kahrizak center of Karaj. The subjects consisted of three groups: yoga (n=10), Pilates (n=10) and yogalates (n=10). They participated in the exercise three times a week for twelve weeks. To detect the changes of the balance, timed up and Go Test (TUG) was administered before and after the exercise protocol under the three conditions of single, cognitive, motor. For data analysis, the analysis of variance with repeated measures was used to determine the intragroup difference and multivariate analysis of variance was used to specify the intergroup difference. The results show that Yoga exercise has no effect on the balance of elderly women under the condition of self-test (P=0.205), under the task of cognitive (P=0.362) and under the task of motor (P=0.565) but the Pilates and Yogalates exercises had a significant effect (P<0.05). Furthermore, the effect of yogalates exercise on balance under the cognitive task was significantly higher. Therefore, 12-week Yogalates exercises could improve functional balance in elderly women who are at the risk of falling.
