چکیده
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تعیین تأثیر تمرین بدنی و مشاهدهای بر ویژگیهای الکترومیوگرافیک عضلات فعال منتخب در اجرای سرویس بلند بدمینتون میباشد. بدینمنظور، 30 نفر از دانشجویان دختر در رشتههای غیرتربیتبدنی (با میانگین سنی 93/0±80/20 سال) پس از پیشآزمون و بهصورت تصادفی در سه گروه ده نفری تمرین بدنی، مشاهدهای و ترکیبی جای گرفتند. شایانذکر است که حین انجام سرویس بلند بدمینتون در پیشآزمون، از عضلات دوسر، سهسربازویی و قسمت میانی دلتوئید، الکترومیوگرافی سطحی انجام شد. همچنین، هنگام مشاهده در گروه تمرین مشاهدهای و پس از چهار جلسه تمرین، از آزمودنیهای تمام گروهها(مشابه با پیشآزمون) تست الکترومیوگرافی بهعمل آمد. از آزمون آماری تحلیل واریانس مختلط سه در دونیز جهت تحلیل دادهها استفاده شد.یافتهها نشان میدهد که زمان فعالیت، میانگین و اوج فعالیت نرمالسازیشده در عضلات دوسربازویی و دلتوئید در پسآزمون نسبت به پیشآزمون تغییر معناداری داشته است. همچنین، از دیدگاه عصب فیزیولوژیک، مشاهدۀ فعالیت فرد دیگر، مکانیسمی آینهای را فعال میکند و تحریک زیربیشینۀ عمل ادراکشده، منجر به تسهیل حرکتی برای رفتار تقلیدی میشود.

The purpose of the present study was to determine the effects of physical and observational practices on electromyography features of active muscles in high badminton serve. Thirty non-athletic female students (aged 18–24 years) were randomly assigned to three physical, observational, and combined training groups after pre-test. Surface electromyography was done for biceps, triceps and middle part of the deltoid, during the pre-test badminton high serve. All participants underwent an electromyography assessment after 4 sessions of practice. A mixed analysis of variance was used to analyze data. There was significant decrease between pre- and post-test in activity time, mean, and peak normalized activity of biceps and deltoid muscles. From a neurophysiological point of view, observation will activate a mirror mechanism that leads to facilitation of movement for imitating act.
