چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، مقایسۀ تمرین در یادگیری حرکات هماهنگ درون‌مرحلهو برون‌مرحلۀدست و پا می­باشد. بدین­منظور، 12 دانشجوی دختر از دانشگاه فرهنگیان اصفهان­ (با میانگین سنی 5±22 سال) که هیچ­گونه سابقۀ فعالیت در رشته‌های ورزشی ریتمیک نداشتند، به­صورت تصادفی طبقه‌ای­ انتخاب شدند و به­مدت شش ماه­ تحت­نظر مربی هیپ‌هاپ آموزش دیدند و مهارت­های مختلف هیپ‌هاپ و در­خلال آن، تکالیف مدنظر پژوهش را آموخته و تمرین کردند. شرکت­کنندگان در طول این شش ماه، سه بار به فاصله­های یک، سه و شش ماه، در آزمایشگاه حضور یافتند که هر حضور به­منزلۀ یک سطح مهارتی در نظر گرفته شد و ­هر مرتبه با استفاده از دستگاه تجزیه­و­تحلیل حرکت، از اجرای چهار تکلیف ورزشی درون‌مرحله و برون‌مرحلۀ منتخب با هفت دوربین با فرکانس 60 هرتز به‌­صورت سه­بعدی فیلم­برداری شد. شایان­ذکر است که داده‌های حاصل به کمک برنامه­نویسی در نرم‌افزار مت‌لب، پردازش شده و خطای متغیر اجرای شرکت­کنندگان محاسبه گشت.­ سپس، با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس، اندازه­گیری­های مکرر در سطح (­­P=0/005 تجزیه­و­تحلیل گردید. نتایج نشان می­دهد که تفاوت معنا­داری بین خطای متغیر اجرا در سطوح مهارتی وجود دارد و حرکات هماهنگ در هر سطح، استوارتر از سطح قبل اجرا می­شو­د. بررسی اثر تعاملی الگو، سطح و اندام نیز بیانگر آن است که در تمام سطوح و هر دو اندام، خطای متغیر الگوی برون‌مرحله به­صورت معناداری بیشتر از خطای متغیر الگوی درون‌مرحله می­باشد. درمجموع، یافته­ها حاکی از آن است که تمرین، اجرای الگوهای حرکت درون‌مرحله و برون‌مرحله را در دست­ها و پاها به یک نسبت بهبود می­بخشد.

Comparing Exercise Effects Regarding Learning In-Phase and Anti-Phase Movement Coordination in Arm and Legs

چکیده [English]

 The purpose of the following research was to compare the training effects on in-phase and anti-phase coordinated movements with arms and legs. Twelve female students of the Farhangian University of Isfahan (aged 22 ± 5 y) were randomly selected without any background in rhythmic sports and underwent a six-month training under supervision of a hip-hop instructor to learn and practice hip hop along with the specific tasks of the research. The participants reported to lab at first, third, and sixth months, each considered as a level of skill. Using motion analyzer, performance of four chosen exercises of in-phase and anti-phase were filmed by seven cameras. All the data were processed by programming, using MATLAB and the variable error of the participants were calculated. Afterwards, ANOVA with repeated measures was used for data analysis at significance level of P=0.05. The results indicated significant difference in variable error of performance between different levels of skills, with coordinated moves at each level being executed more firmly compared with lower levels. Study of interactive effect of the pattern, levels, and limbs showed that the variable error of anti-phase movement was more significant than that of in-phase movement in each level and both limbs. Overall, the results proved that training improves the in-phase and anti-phase movement model performance in hands and legs at the same level.
