چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر 12 هفته تمرین راه‌رفتن روی سنگ‌فرش مصنوعی بر پارامترهای فضایی ـ زمانی گام‌برداری سالمندان زن بود. 20 سالمند زن (65-80 سال) شهر تهران و واجد شرایط در پژوهش انتخاب و به روش تصادفی ساده به دو گروه 10 نفرة تجربی و کنترل تقسیم شدند. گروه تجربی تمرین راه‌رفتنروی سنگ‌فرش را با پای برهنه به مدت 12 هفته، هفته‌ای سه جلسه انجام داد.برای سنجش پارامترهای گام‌برداری از دستگاه تحلیل گام‌برداری زبریس در پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون استفاده شد. نتایج آزمون تحلیل واریانس مختلط با عامل درون‌گروهی زمان (قبل و بعد تمرین) و بین‌گروهی (گروه تجربی و کنترل) نشان‌دهنده معنا‌داری اثر متقابل زمان و گروه بود(P<0.05). بنابراین، از آزمون تی همبسته برای مقایسة درون‌گروهی نمرات پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون هر گروه و از آزمون تی مستقل برای مقایسه‌های بین‌گروهی استفاده شد. مقایسه‌‌های درون‌گروهی نمرات پیش و پس‌آزمون گروه تجربی نشان داد تفاوت معنا‌داری بین میانگین نمرات شامل آهنگ گام، طول گام، سرعت گام‌برداری و تغییرپذیری سرعت گام‌برداری وجود داشت (P<0.05). این تفاوت در مورد گروه کنترل در مورد هیچ‌یک از شاخص‌ها دیده نشد(P>0.05). مقایسه‌های بین‌گروهی در پس‌آزمون نشان داد تفاوت معنا‌داری بین میانگین نمرات شامل آهنگ، طول و سرعت گام‌برداری و تغییرپذیری سرعت گام‌برداری گروه تجربی و کنترل وجود داشت (P<0.05)؛ بنابراین، تمرین راه‌رفتن روی سطوح برجسته می‌تواند بر شاخص‌های زمانی و فضایی گام‌برداری سالمندان اثرگذار باشد.

Effect of Walking Training on Artificial Cobblestone Mats on Gait Spatio-Temporal Parameters for the Elderly Women

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of 12 weeks walking training on cobblestone mats on spatio-temporal parameters for the elderly women. Twenty community-dwelling elderly women, aged 65-80, eligible to participate in the study, were randomly allocated to an experimental group (n=10) or a control group (n=10). Experimental group trained walking on artificial cobblestone-mats for 12 weeks, 3 sessions per week. Zebris Gait Analyzing System was used for measuring Balance indices during gait in pre and posttests. Mixed ANOVA test revealed a significant effect of time-group interaction (P<0.05). We used the paired samples T test to compare the mean test scores before (pre-test) and after (post-test) intervention in each group. Independent t test was also used to evaluate the differences in means between experimental and control groups in pre and posttest. Results showed a significant difference between pre and posttests mean scores of cadence, stride length, gait velocity, variability of velocity for experimental group (P<0.05) not in control group (P>0.05).Between group analysis showed that there were significant differences between posttest mean scores in two groups in cadence, stride length, gait velocity and variability of velocity (P<0.05).We concluded the 12 week walking training on artificial cobblestone-mat effects on risk factors of falls during walking in elderly.
